I love Rebecca's nail art, especially her konading is something that I admire a lot! Her stamping alignment are so perfectly straight and I have no idea why I always end up with crooked lines.... :(

French Manicure Bubble Bath and Alpine Snow
I love love love traditional french manicures, but I know some think it's boring... but it's so clean, and crisp and nice... and so damn hard to do!
I have no artistic genes in me. Yeah, my mom's an artist and all that but I just can't draw. It's not in me. I can't draw a straight line without a ruler. I cant draw a flower without looking crooked... somehow. So.. french manicure IS rocket science... to me.
But I did one. :D

I used them little strips of french manicure tapes for painting my french tips. Free hand is totally out of the question. Are you kidding me??? Freehand?

I did contemplate to buy OPI bubble bath or not. But I'm glad I did! :D
Application of Bubble bath is smooth, formula is kinda watery, but I like it!
I know there are two versions of Bubble bath running around, but I must have gotten the pink version, but I like it! It makes my nails look so natural and healthy! Yes yes, it's boring, but it's nice... I think. :D
Alpine Snow is OK, no biggie there. Just something to paint my french tips with. Opaque and a little thick, but it's white. I'm not gonna ask too much from it. Plus, it's only on like.. less than 20% of my nails, I'm not gonna be too hard on it.

OPI My Daddy's The King
My favourite of the lot from my last haul, OPI's My Daddy is the KING.

This has gotten pretty bad rating in the MUA, but I just love love love it.
OPI My daddy's the king has been released for a long time, and has been discontinued. I must be one of the last few lucky ones to get it.
This hasn't been on my list, but since the seller ran out of Malaysian Mist, I thought I'd give MDTK a try.
It's a lovely peach which looks so girly and a little bit of pearly sheen which is very very subtle. It makes me think of laces and ribbons.

OPI Hawaiian Orchid
Here is another soft shade from OPI. It's OPI Hawaiian Orchid.
This is a sweet pink with some violet hues in it, not sure if my camera captures it or not though.
Application wise is good, it isn't stringy but it does take me about 3 coats to get it entirely opaque though, pictures are top with 1 coat of sv.

It reminds me of plastic bag actually... I keep seeing plastic bag on my fingers and go.. wth... and then .. owhh... it's just my fingers...
Kindly ignore the little dent on my middle finger though... that's what you get when you try to cheat nail polish to get it to be 2 coats instead of 3. They take revenge and give you dents!!! Grrr...
OPI Dulce de Leche
Here are some pictures long long overdue.
Excuses excuses... haha... Anyway, here is Dulce de Leche from OPI. You've prolly seen it on someone else's blog for the hundredth time. Anyway... mine is no different.
It's an awesome color, but I do think it suits skintone which are a little more pink. I'm too yellow to look nice in it.
It's a little too dark for my liking, but I do know this is a great color for some, just not for me. :(
But one thing to note, it's very opaque. Color true to the bottle in 2 coats. Love it!
My bottle does get a little stringy on me, I'm not sure why though. I'll prolly put some seche vite restore on it sometime soon.
All in all, quite a nice nude color for a darker skintone.

Oh dear, I've been away for such a long time. So sorry about that peeps. Had some really busy moments at work that caused me to travel for quite a bit. But worry not! I'm back!
